• Government Information Services.
• Local Authority service providers.
• Citizens advice services.
• Healthcare.
• Housing Associations.
• Employers and employment services.
• Education.
• Travel and Leisure industry.
• Shopping and marketing centres.
• Any Organisation needing to cater for, or include, people with low levels of literacy.

Such users may have one or more reasons for wishing to make information more accessible. These include:

• They are legally obliged to do so.
• They feel an ethical imperative to be more inclusive and accessible.
• They feel there is likely to be a financial return or it will give them competitive advantage.

These reasons are by no means exhaustive.
