AbilityNet are a national charity helping disabled adults and children use computers and the internet by adapting and adjusting their technology. We offer advice, training and assessment services.

The AT team is part of the Advisory and Specialist Teaching Service (AST's) within Durham's Learning Support Service.  We provide advice and support on the use of Access Technology to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for all pupils with Special Educational Needs.  

We provide short term loans of equipment, demonstrations and training in the use of software and ICT equipment.
