The PCS symbols, sometimes known as the Boardmaker symbols, are ideal for communication, and sit comfortably alongside the Widgit Literacy Symbols (WLS, previously known as Widgit Rebus) which are designed for literacy. This partnership will give symbol users the complete flexibility they want, enabling them to use either set of symbols in their choice of software.
