We receive automatic reports every day of the most frequently accessed words that do not have a symbol. From that we prepare symbol lists which are then added regularly to the system.

Not all words will have symbols. For example we omit symbols for the small non-information carrying words, such as ‘the’ ‘of’ ‘an’. This helps to reduce the visual clutter without reducing the information.
