Four packs of grids, Simple Sentences 1 and 2 and Fun Sentences
1 and 2.
Each pack has between nine and twelve grids.
In pack 1 students make simple sentences with combinations of nouns,
verbs (present and past tense) and adjectives.
In Pack 2 students make sentences into questions, answer questions
and make sentences using adjectives.
These activities are ideal for those at the start of independent writing
who need support with vocabulary and sentence structure.

Download it for use in Communicate: SymWriter, including

suit your group and make your own materials. You need 'Communicate: SymWriter'
installed to able to use this resource
Using the activities in Communicate: SymWriterYou must update your copy of SymWriter to version 1.1.8000 or later for the installation of downloaded environments to work successfully. The FREE update can be found at: https://download.widgit.com/symwriter/
The Communicate: SymWriter set of files are installed into the SymWriter environments folder. This includes any additional symbols or graphics that are used in the packs, which will be available for you to use in your own materials.

As well as using the materials as supplied, they can be modified or adapted for individual needs, for example by adding or removing symbols to give the most appropriate level of individual support.
These activities are designed to enable the learner to write independently and any work that is produced can be easily printed with black and white or colour symbol support.
