Question
Work area not showing only grey background colour
Program only shows the grey background and not the white work area. User is unable to write text.
Solution
1) Go to :
Windows XP:
C:\documents and settings\"userName"\application data\widgit\symwriter\symwriter.xml
Windows Vista:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Widgit\SymWriter\symwriter.xml
(where "userName" is the name of the user that is experiencing the problem)
2) Rename symwriter.xml (for example: symwriter_old.xml)
3) Re-run program and see if it works.
