Question Locking up on Hints and Tips window
The Program gets to the launcher window OK. After they select an interface a hints and tips window appears but the program then stops responding at this point.
Solution
1) Go to :
Windows XP:
C:\documents and settings\"userName"\application data\widgit\symwriter\symwriter.xml
Windows Vista:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Widgit\SymWriter\symwriter.xml
(where "userName" is the name of the user that is experiencing the problem)
2) Rename symwriter.xml (for example: symwriter_old.xml)
3) Re-run program and see if it works.
