Problem
The message 'Unhandled exception error' occurs when I start Making Tracks.

Solution
You need to have a printer driver installed on the machine EVEN if you do not have a printer. This is so that Tracks can correctly paginate the reports & certificates. If you are not going to print, then it does not matter which printer driver you install - any will do.
