Problem
When I print from Webwide the symbols appear on black backgrounds
Answer
This problem occurs with some printers. These printers do not deal correctly with transparent PNG files.
PNG files are the default for webwide but you can also use GIF files. The GIF files do not look as smooth on screen but the printing problem does not occur.
To change which file format Webwide uses go to Preferences from the file menu. Then on the General tab select which file set you want to use.
