Communicate: WebwideHow to report good and bad sites
It will help us improve the service if we find web sites that do not appear satisfactorily in text or symbol view. We can then try to reduce their number by improving our program.
It will also be helpful to know of good sites, so that we can add them to the portal if they are generally suitable for the community of users.
We have provided ways that you can do this very simply. Select the
help menu.
To report an unsatisfactory page select ‘Report broken
page’. You can also go directly here by Ctrl+K. The following
dialog box will appear.
Fill in the URL and any comments and click the tick icon. We will then receive your information.
To report a particularly good page select ‘Report good page’. You can also go directly here by Ctrl+G. The following dialog box will appear.
Fill in the URL and any comments and click the tick icon. We will then receive your information.
