Problem

Unhandled exception has occurred

Solution

Add a local printer

Sometimes the computer is not recognising the printer. Try plugging in a local printer

Click on the start button (bottom left of the screen)

Select Settings then Printers. Go to Add Printers and follow the on screen instructions
