Writing with Symbols 2000
Problem
You cannot re-install Writing with Symbols after a computer failure or hard disk re- formatting
Solution
To keep track of your WWS licences you must Install/Uninstall using the floppy disc provided. If the software is removed from your machine without using the floppy disc you will lose your licence and will therefore be unable to install on any new machines.
If you have lost your licences we may in some circumstances be able to re-install them for you. To do this you will need to send the floppy disc to us in the post with a cover letter explaining what has happened. We will then make alterations to your install disk and send them back out to you.

To avoid this problem in future, when you uninstall the program
ensure that the floppy disk is in the drive.
Double click on My computer, then double click on Floppy
(A).
You should find 'uninstall'. Double click to uninstall
your software and retrieve your licence.
