To load a new or additional wordlist, select Open Word List from the wordlist menu.

It is not a good idea to work with more than one long wordlist in memory at a time.
If you already have a list loaded and you then open another, the computer has to sort all of the old and new words into alphabetical order. This can take quite a long time.

If you need amalgamated lists regularly it is better to make a permanent amalgamation using the Resource Manager .

If it is just an occasional problem then you can remove one list, load another, type the new words, and then change back again, if necessary. If you want to use words from two different lists regularly, then you would be advised to modify your regular list or to create a new one. However, before you start to do that you should consider the wordlists that have already been created for you.
