INTRODUCTION

M&MT is a Team Enterprise business run by the post 16 group at George Hastwell School. The students have produced two recipe books which are accompanied by symbols.

The first edition has a selection of recipes, many of which are used by the youngsters when they cook their own lunches. In this book the recipes use the measurements as they were given to us.

The second edition has been produced more recently and generally contains more complex recipes. It uses more colour symbols and contains some colour pictures of the students preparing the recipes. All the recipes in the second edition use metric measurements. There are some low fat recipes and some which use a microwave.

The books are available for purchase at a cost of:

£6.50 - 1st Edition
£8.50 - 2nd Edition

The prices include postage and packaging.
A discount of £2.00 will be given if customers wish to purchase both editions at the same time.
