The Listen Up pack is for anyone working with children and young people (5-19 years) with a learning disability, including those with additional needs.

Listen Up is a toolkit of multimedia resources to help children and young people with a learning disability complain about the services they use.

The toolkit will contain resources for children, staff and parents, including:

• Children's workbooks
  
• CD-ROM to help you customise posters,
  complaints cards, parents' leaflets, and much more
  
• a board game
  
• a staff training video
  
• a staff workbook including detailed guidance on using the resources
