New subscription prices from 1st October 2026
Over the past four years we’re proud to have kept our rates frozen, absorbing rising costs in order to keep our pricing affordable. Despite increasing inflation, it’s still our goal to deliver value while making continuous improvements to your Widgit experience. With this in mind, a 5% increase will apply to all subscription tiers from 1 October this year.
To reduce admin and ensure uninterrupted access to your Widgit Online account, we will also be introducing auto-renewal from 1 October.

Existing subscribers will continue on their current subscription. The new price will only apply when your subscription next renews on or after 1 October 2026.

What happens to my existing subscription?
Your current subscription will continue as normal.
The new price will only apply when your subscription next renews after 1 October this year.

Will my account auto-renew?
If you pay for your subscription by invoice
Yes, your current Widgit Online subscription will automatically renew for the same term length on your next renewal date on or after 1 October.
If you pay for your subscription by credit or debit card
No, your current Widgit Online subscription will not automatically renew. If you pay for your next subscription using a credit or debit card on or after 1 October, your subscription will be set to automatically renew using the same card at the end of the subscription term.
If you pay for your subscription using PayPal
If you are on a monthly plan your account already automatically renews each month and can be cancelled at any time.
If you are on a annual plan your current Widgit Online subscription will not automatically renew. If you pay for your next annual subscription using PayPal on or after 1 October, your subscription will be set to automatically renew using the same PayPal account at the end of the subscription term.
If you are on a 3-year plan your current Widgit Online subscription will not automatically renew. Auto-renew will not be available on 3 year plans purchased using PayPal on or after 1 October.

Can I opt out of auto-renewal?
Yes, you remain in full control of your subscription, so if you’d prefer not to auto-renew, you can cancel before your next renewal date.

Can I make changes to my account if i'm on auto-renewal?
Yes, you can make changes to your subscription length or tier.
First you need to opt out of auto-renewal from your account and place a direct order by sending your PO document to orders@widgit.com.
Alternatively you can call our customer support team on 01926 333680 to make a card payment.

How do I change payment card details?
To do this you must opt out of auto-renewal and then purchase a renewal using the details of the new card.

I upgraded my plan mid-subscription, will the new plan be charged on auto-renewal?
Yes, your old plan will have been cancelled and a new one set up with the original expiry date. This will then renew at your new plan's rate.

How do I cancel my subscription?
For annual or multi-year accounts, you can cancel your subscription by opting out of auto-renewal at least 60 days prior to your renewal date. For monthly accounts, you must cancel at least one day before your renewal date.
